The Global Express™ Card enables you, the card member, to enjoy discounts or value-add at the participating Merchants.
How does the Global Express™ system work?
Simply present your Global Express™ Card to the cashier at any of our participating Merchants. The cashier will then swipe your Card on the terminal, afterwhich the discount and/or value-add will be given to you.
Are there any points involved in Global Express™ ?
Unlike point accumulation loyalty programmes, Global Express™ Merchants offer instant rewards at the time of purchase to card members in a form of cash discounts and/or value-add.
How do I identify which are the Global Express™ Merchants?
There are several ways to identify our Global Express™ Merchants:
- The Global Express™ decal on the Merchants’ windows;
- Search our website for our list of Merchants;
- Look up the Merchants in our Merchant Booklets, which are available at our participating Merchants.
How do I apply for the Global Express™ Card?
You can apply for the Global Express™ Card either by calling us on our Customer Service Hotline at 6331-8000 or apply online via our membership application form.
Can I use the Global Express™ Card to pay for my purchases?
No, the Global Express™ Card is NOT a credit or debit card. It simply allows the card member to enjoy discounts or value-add at the participating Merchants.
How do I find out what the latest promotions and newest Merchants are?

What happens if I lose my Global Express™ Card?
Simply give us a call on our Customer Service Hotline at 6331-8000 and we’ll send you a replacement card shortly.
How much do I have to pay for the Global Express™ Card?
The Global Express™ Card is sold at S$15.00 for a 1-year subscription.
